Maps file name Artifact.

useBaseVersion - true if the base version will be use false otherwise.

java.lang.String mapFileName(org.apache.maven.artifact.Artifact a)

Returns the file name of the specified artifact.

Parameters:

a - the artifact

Returns:

the name of the file for the specified artifact
