   * build for upcoming Debian 13 "Trixie" based Proxmox VE 9 release.
 .
   * drop outdated patches referring to ceph releases that were only shipped in
     Proxmox Releases where there isn't a single-step upgrade path to PVE 9.

   * backport "mgr: use un-deprecated APIs to initialize Python interpretor" to
     fix build with newer Python 3.13.
 .
   * d/rules: disable jager compile flag to fix build on Debian Trixie, it
     seems to be removed from opentracing anyway.
 .
   * backport updating ancient Apache Arrow version to newer 15.0.0 to ensure
     compatibility with newer compiler and libraries from Debian Trixie.
 .
   * drop python3-distutils, not available for Python 3.13 anymore. Also
     backport patches replacing it's usage in ceph-mgr.
 .
   * d/control: radosgw: record media-types package as being a valid
     alternative dependency for the outdated mime-support package.
